How fast will I get my quote?
Most quotes go out within 24–48 hours on business days. Complex multi-SKU requests with custom structures can take a little longer — we'll tell you up front if so.
What information should I include for an accurate quote?
Rough dimensions (L × W × H), quantity, material preference if you have one, print requirements (colors, inside/outside), and any finish like foiling or lamination. Not sure? Send what you have — we'll ask the right questions back.
Do you have minimum order quantities?
MOQs vary by box style and are listed on each product page. If your quantity is below the listed MOQ, ask anyway — for some structures we can still make it work.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes — request a sample from any product page, or mention it in your message here. We'll include sample options with your quote.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Tell us your delivery country and we'll include shipping options and lead times in your quote.
I already have a design. Can you print it?
Absolutely — send print-ready artwork (PDF/AI preferred) and we'll check it against the dieline before production. Need design help? We offer dieline templates and guidance.
